About the Export Duty-Free Procedure
店内で当日お買いあげいただいた商品の、輸出免税手続をいたします。
お買い物が終わりましたら、お買いあげの品すべてとレシートを免税カウンターまでお持ちください。
We handle export duty-free procedures for items purchased in our store on the same day.
After you finish shopping, please bring all purchased items along with the receipts to the duty-free counter.
空港でのお手続きについて
At the Airport (Customs Procedure)
ご出国の際、税関へパスポートと商品をご提示ください。
※国外へ持ち出さない場合は、消費税額が徴収されます。
※免税した商品をスーツケース等に預ける場合は、航空会社のチェックインカウンターにて税関職員をお呼びください。
When departing Japan, please present your passport and purchased items to customs.
*If you do not take the items out of the country, consumption tax will be charged.
*If you plan to check in duty-free items in your luggage, please request a customs officer at the airline check-in counter before checking in your baggage.

- 当日お買上げレシート
- ご本人パスポート原本（入国スタンプ（証印）が必要・コピー不可）、または、Visit Japan Web のQRコード
- クレジットカード等ご利用カード（ご利用の場合）
※カード、レシート、パスポートの名義一致が必要 - お買いあげ商品
※ 日本人非居住者は、帰国日から6カ月前の日以降に作成した、「戸籍の附票の写し」または、「在留証明書」によって海外に2年以上居住していることを確認できることが必要です。
※また上記書類に、「本籍地の地番」および、「住所を定めた年月日」の記載が必須です。

- Credit card or other payment card (if used)
The name on the card, receipt, and passport must match. - Purchased items
For Japanese nationals residing abroad (non-residents):
You must provide either a Certificate of Residence Abroad or a Copy of
the Supplementary Family Register (Koseki no Fuhyo) issued within 6
months prior to your return to Japan, to prove residence abroad for more
than two years.
These documents must include both your registered domicile address (
honseki-chi) and the date you established residence abroad.
